How does prepaid billing work?
You purchase credit in advance with a minimum of $50.00. Each analysis deducts $4.99 from your balance. Top up at any time.
Do credits expire?
No. Prepaid credits do not expire. Use them at your own pace.
What image formats are supported?
We accept DICOM (.dcm), JPEG, and PNG files. DICOM provides the most accurate analysis as it contains calibration metadata.
Is Osteofy HIPAA compliant?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We follow HIPAA guidelines for handling protected health information. Enterprise customers receive a BAA.
How accurate is the analysis?
Osteofy is designed as a clinical decision-support tool. All results should be validated by a qualified physician.
